If you contact us first we can give you more options for your situation, make you an offer and close quickly, often with in a few days. If we find that your house is in fairly good shape or you have plenty of time to sell then we can recommend a real estate agent or advise you that putting your house on the retail market would be the best strategy for your situation.

The great advantage of selling to us is that we buy your home just the way it is, you don’t have to fix a thing.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE PRICE THAT YOU WILL OFFER FOR MY HOUSE?

There are many factors that go into an offer. We start by comparing your house to other houses that have sold in your area so that we can determine an approximate value for your house if it was in perfect shape and ready to sell. We then have to estimate the work that we will have to put into the house to get it to that perfect shape. There are many other costs that we have to factor in to our pricing decision including but not limited to:

• Closing costs
• Insurance
• Holding costs
• Realtor fees
• Title insurance

ARE THERE ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH GETTING AN OFFER FROM YOU?

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I AGREE TO SELL TO YOU?

After we have determined a price that we both agree to we will fill out a short agreement that states your intention to sell your house to us, and our intention to buy. At that time we will set a closing date that is convenient for you.
